Phoebe started out her career in television production, but quickly realised that she wanted to write the scripts she was reading. She wrote her first script, which received an honourable mention in The Thousand Films Screenwriting Contest and gained the attention of producer Caryn Mandabach, which in turn led to her finding her agent.
Phoebe then co-wrote her second script with her writing partner Sophia, which was considered for production by Jude Law’s company RIFF RAFF. Since signing with WGM Atlantic, Phoebe has placed in the top 8% of writers (out of 8000) entries, for the BBC Interconnected Competition and has just recently made it through to the second round of the BBC Writers Academy.
Phoebe is currently working on three different television projects, ‘MESMER,’ a futuristic political thriller, ‘SHINY HAPPY PEOPLE’, a drama about a trans-gender model in 90s London and ICARUS, a teen-drama about free-runners, co-written with her partner Sophia. She is also working on an idea for a feature too.
