A Little Piece of Mind was co-written with Elizabeth Morris (Above the Below, Killers Anonymous) and is being produced by John Schneider (Hitchcock, Zero, Zero, Zero) and is currently out to cast. Ben Mole is attached as director.
The Light Unseen is an original screenplay, Lucinda Thakrar at Picture Perfect Films and Mark Vennis at Movie House also producing with Jonathan Wright attached to direct. John Cusack, Abbie Cornish and Mira Sorvino are set to star.
Eco-Topia is a feature-length documentary following internationally renowned conservationist and artist, Sophie Green, as she explores the phenomenon of eco-tourism and more sustainable and positive ways of preserving the planet.
Giles Paley-Phillips is the award-winning author of The Fearsome Beastie, winner of The People’s Book Prize 2012, Heart of Hawick Children’s Book Award 2013, Bizziebaby Gold Award, The US Forward National Literary Award and Shortlisted for The Rotherham Children’s Book Award 2012. Tamara Small and the Monsters’ Ball is shortlisted for The People’s Book Prize 2013.
His first novel for adults, One Hundred and Fifty-Two Days, came out in March 2020, to huge critical acclaim and has been a Waterstones’ Book of the Week and in the Sunday Times Top twenty, his second novel, A Little Piece of Mind, was published in 2022.
Giles is co-host and producer of the award-nominated and iTunes top ten Blank Podcast where he has talked to the likes of Louis Theroux, David Harbour, Dawn French, Mark Gatiss, Amanda Abbington, Carrie Hope Fletcher, Stephen Fry, Gary Lineker, Dame Kelly Holmes and many more. His podcast, Unquestionable, which he co-hosts with artist Sophie Green is an Apple top three podcast in the UK.
Giles is producer and co-host of Apple podcast number one Things I Forgot Were Good for Me, alongside Dr Radha Modgil, and also A Little Bit of Positive with broadcaster Julia Bradbury. He regularly writes for Aquila Magazine.
