Katarina Wilk is a Swedish author and writes both non-fiction and fiction. She has worked in the media industry as a science journalist, chief editor and copy-writer.
She is mostly known for her non-fiction book, Perimenopower, available in eight languages. Her first novel was the YA novel #walkwithme, a story about the ups and downs in the international fashion industry, inspired by her son who started working as an international top model when he was sixteen years old. #walkwithme was furthermore nominated as the best YA novel 2018 in the Storytel Awards. Her latest book, the psychological thriller THE BLINDED, was released in 2023 in Sweden and is soon to be translated into Spanish, Polish and Finnish. The sequel, THE DEFEATED, hit the market in December 2024 and became an immediate success. Katarina lives in Stockholm with her family.
