Bruce Conord drew inspiration (and mucho trepidation) for his new thriller, Come and Get Her, by driving from New Jersey to a second home in Yucatán through the blood-stained narco/cartel war zone in Mexico.
Along with a score of magazine and newspaper articles, Bruce is the published author of ten nonfiction titles, two of which garnered national recognition for travel writing. The Adventure Guide to the Yucatán was a finalist for the prestigious Mexican Pluma de Plata Award. His three biographies written for children and young adults were bestsellers.
Bruce lives in the States with his English wife, June, and their terrier, Jack the Lad. He is an avid traveller, a voracious reader, and now an author of an exciting new thriller.
